Rates are per private vehicle and include a professional chauffeur, fuel, standard tolls, flight monitoring, airport meet-and-greet where applicable, bottled water and air conditioning. After-hours service from 21:30–05:30 is R220 per affected leg; waiting is R200 per 30 minutes after the complimentary allowance. The estimate is subject to availability, exact addresses and MVL's final confirmation. Parking, entrance and special-access fees are charged at cost. Journeys over 500 km, return long-distance services and itineraries requiring driver rest or accommodation are confirmed manually.
