MVL uses the details you provide to respond to your request, prepare and administer a quotation, and coordinate a confirmed journey.
Information you submit
Only what is needed for the request
A quotation or booking enquiry may include contact details, passenger and luggage counts, dates and times, flight information, collection and destination addresses, a company reference, special requirements and the journey message generated by the quotation tool.
Do not send identity documents, banking credentials or other sensitive information through the public quotation form unless MVL has specifically requested it through an appropriate booking channel.
Campaign measurement
Useful attribution without the full browsing trail
The site may keep a campaign label, general market, landing-page path and referring website domain in session storage for up to 24 hours. If you submit an enquiry, those fields may be stored with the enquiry so MVL can understand which activity generated it.
When a visitor selects an email, telephone or WhatsApp link, the site may record an anonymous contact-click event. That event does not include the visitor's name, telephone number, email address, message contents or the full referring URL.
To protect the enquiry form from automated abuse, the site may temporarily retain a keyed, non-readable network fingerprint for rate limiting. It is not used for marketing and is automatically removed after no more than 24 hours.

Third-party tools and your rights
MVL may use service providers for website hosting, address search, advertising measurement, secure transactional email notifications and business administration. A submitted enquiry may be sent through the transactional email provider to MVL's bookings inbox so the team can respond promptly. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy arrangements. External email, telephone and WhatsApp links open the relevant service on your device.
You may ask MVL to explain, update or delete personal information associated with your enquiry, subject to information that must be retained for lawful business, tax, safety or dispute purposes. Email bookings@mvlcorporate.co.za with the subject “Privacy request”.
